Swindon based Isys Group gives companies the opportunity to protect themselves from substantial fines from the UK Border agency by having their staff checked with their HR based Passport, Visa and ID Document solution which verifies employees " right to work" within the UK.
Companies have the option to send any current or potential employee to our offices at Churchward House and have their documents verified using this technology or alternatively send the Document by Royal Mail which will be returned by special next day delivery.
The Intelligent Document Checker scans the document and carries out checks on the UV images, infra-red, photos, MRZ (machine readable zones), paper type, ink used, font used and many other checks to then compare this against a library of thousands of documents to identify the type of document and validate its authenticity. The results are not given to the employee but loaded to a secure hosted database that the company can then look at the results, including the photo of the person who presented the documents.
These results can then be downloaded or Isys can maintain a database for you that will cover you should the UK border agency want to audit you. Isys will also provide employment agencies or contractor's letters of accreditation that they can pass onto clients in order to prove the agency or contractor has been verified as having the right to work in the UK.
For employees who join our scheme and commit to Document check all employees, we allow you to use the UK Document Checker Logo and will provide you with a certificate that you may use to demonstrate to your customers that you enforce 'Right to Work in the UK'.
