Time and Attendance - Security Guard Patrols
Isys Time and Attendance Security Guard Patrol Module enables accurate tracking and monitoring of the performance of your staff. Tracking the completion of assigned patrols, progress and attendance.
Our Patrol module, usually working alongside our Time and Attendance solution enables easy tracking of staff progress throughout their patrols. The module allows staff to supply comments whilst on patrol, notifying you of any incidents or developments that require recording or management intervention.
Typically the solution will work with a Digitool that is assigned to the staff member and then a series of 'badges' that are placed along the patrol route. When the staff member reaches one of these assigned points they 'badge' the point with their Digitool and are prompted to enter a comment - simply 'OK' or another from a list defined by you. Once the patrol is completed the staff member returns the Digitool to it's dock, uploading all the data and recharging.
The solution is flexible with real-time options available, such as replacing the Digitool with a compatible mobile phone. This allows you to receive updates as the staff reach one of the badges allowing a quick reaction if there is an incident or notifying you of non-attendance as part of your Time and Attendance solution.

Using a Digitool and strategically placed Dallas Chips in conjunction with our Time and Attendance Patrol module, you can track and ensure that patrols have been completed. Upload of information to our software is carried out via the Docking Station situated centrally, placement of the wand in its cradle enables the upload process and recharges simultaneously.
Upload of information takes a matter of seconds. We can also provide events wallets which hold a number of Dallas Chips, with their unique identifier number you can allocate each to a specific event or common incident such as “broken window”, “Vandalism”, "Checkup Needed" etc, and reports can be run and e-mailed to your site manager for appropriate action making this a valuable tool for site security and monitoring.

Intelligent Heatmap can be configured with our Patrol Module (using Digi-Tools, NFC Devices or a combination of both. This software solution displays the patrol progress in an easy to interperate graphic diagram.
Mapped specifically to the layout of your building or patrol route, you can see at a glace if your level of service is maintained. This allows for quick decision making, meaning you can reroute staff to compensate for areas falling below the required service level.
