"I’ll not lie, we had initial reservations, but the challenge turned out to be our ability to change rather than the systems ability to cope. The system will not fail you, the primary issues are the employees failing to use the system, once this obstacle has been overcome the detail and accuracy is astounding!"
Adrian Lewis - Audience Systems
"The level of technical support available to us was a very important factor. Throughout the installation, Isys were able to answer any questions we had in a language we could understand without technical jargon."
Lorraine Dyer - Denbies Wine Estate
The customer care from all departments, Sales, Project Managers, Developers, Support and Co-ordinators have been to a very high standard and we are continuing to build an excellent working relationship with Isys.
Mactaggart & Mickel Group
“The after sales and support service provided by Isys has been very good. When we moved our company to their new site, we increased the amount of Time and Attendance and Door Access Control hardware. This was a painless and smooth changeover process provided by Isys”
Kim Harper – Finance Manager Capircorn Automotive.
Project Management

Solo- Small installation, remote training self configured.
Minimal- Small installation, with configuration and training done on site over 2 days
Guided- Medium to large installation all configuration and set up done for customer, training done on site with users.
Managed- Large installation- Isys providing a permanent project manager for duration of project to configure and train on site.
Solo

|
Isys Group will provide the required hardware and software, along with documentation to allow the customer to install and configure Intelligent Time and Attendance or other modules with only minimal remote support.
Intended for: very small implementations, 1 door or terminal and less than 50 employees, where the customer has some IT expertise available and is willing to carry out all of the required work themselves.
Services provided:
- Documentation covering hardware and software installation
- User guide
- 4 or more 1 hour telephone and remote access sessions with Support to provide assistance with any aspect of the installation, configuration and use of Intelligent Time
Considerations:
- Customer must have a reasonable understanding of installing and setting up software
- Customer must have the ability to physically install the hardware provided
- Support during the implementation is severely limited, so complete responsibility for the success of the implementation resides with the customer
Minimal
|
|
For very small customers that aren't able to install the system themselves, minimal provides some basic services while still leaving the majority of the project work to the customer.
Intended for: Small customers who cannot or will not accept the cost of a Guided Implementation, but who aren't in a position to physically install and require some minimal training.
Services provided:
- Hardware and Software installation day
- One On-site Training Day
- User Guide
Considerations:
- A Project Manager should be appointed by the customer to coordinate the internal project requirements and deliverables
- The customer is responsible for driving the project forward, with the assistance and support of Isys Group
Guided
|
|
This is a standard project, in which Isys Group provide one or more Project Meetings, and two or more On-site Training Days, along with all of the services required for the installation and initial configuration of Intelligent Time.

Services provided:
- One or more Project Meetings
- Project Plan and assistance
- Pre-installation configuration of Intelligent Time according to the details supplied
- Hardware and Software installation
- Two or more On-site Training Days
Considerations:
- A Project Manager should be appointed by the customer to coordinate the internal project requirements and deliverables
- The Isys Group Project Manager becomes a Project Team Leader under Prince2, having responsibility for the aspects of the project to be delivered by Isys Group
- The customer should allow sufficient time for a standard speed roll-out (average is 8-12 weeks)
- The customer is responsible for driving the project forward, with the assistance and support of Isys Group
Managed
|
|
Where the customer requires a far greater level of involvement than usual, Isys Groupprovide on-site services including full Project Management and Consultancy, on a day rate basis
Intended for: customers with particularly tight timescales, very little experience of installing transactional IT systems or not having an internal Project Manager
Services provided:
- On-site presence 1-5 days per week for 4+ weeks depending on the complexity of a project (the average would be 2 days per week for 8 weeks). This time would encompass all required Project Management and Training, and will include

- Project Risk Log
- Technical support as required
- Project Plan and assistance
- Pre-installation configuration of Intelligent Time
- Hardware and Software installation
Considerations:
- The customer must provide working space for at least 1-2 Isys Group staff for the duration of the project

- Assuming that the project team devote the required time to the project and all deliverables are met, the Isys Group Project Manager will be responsible for the success of the project
