Screening Bureau Service
Isys Group provides a tailored screening bureau service for companies with 25 or more employees. Customers can choose from a number of different checks dependant upon the type of employees. All information collected on the candidates is available for users to view using the Intelligent Screening software, which is a simple and easy to use web based application.
Typical checks we will carry out as part of our Bureau service are as follows;
- Gain authority from the employee / contractor to carry out the
checks - Confirm right to work in the UK
- Confirm UK address and age
- Employer's references for the last 5 years (including dates,
positions held and reasons for leaving) - Personal reference
- Verify relevant professional qualifications
- Criminal Record Check (Basic disclosure)

We will write to each of your employees / contractors explaining the reasons for the checks and request their permission for Isys to make the checks on your behalf.
The Passport Scanning & Document Checking software has a database of over 2000 passports, visa's, national identity cards as well as other documents such as driving licenses.
The database is updated every 2 weeks as new documents are issued throughout the world.
Isys use Intelligent Identity to verify UK residency and age. Applicants are checked against a number of databases including electoral role & credit agencies. We also cross check with the post office re-direct and the births, deaths and marriages databases to monitor for identity theft. Applicants who cannot be verified electronically will be requested to supply paper copies of proof of address.
As part of the screening process our Screening Bureau team will verify all your employees work history going back 5-years. We will carry out both verbal and written checks
In addition we will carry out at least one personal reference (additional one will be provided if work references are not provided).
As an example cost for the process and the checks described above is £135.00 per candidate screened.
