Time and Attendance Terminals
Isys terminals are the most traditional data collection method for Time and Attendance Software available compared to Telephone, Web or PDA clocking.
Generally these terminals are ideal for companies with 50 or more employees on a single site due to the cost of the unit. For sites with less the 50 employees often companies will use Telephone Clocking or Web Based Clocking as a more cost effective alternative.
Terminals are available in different shapes and sizes. Customers can choose if they require normal vandal resistance units or IP65 rated waterproof units.
As standard all Isys terminals come with battery back up and memory, meaning if there is a power outtage or communications fail to the server the information is secure on the unit until power or communications returns. Notably,for large customers memory can be upgraded, enabling significant numbers of people to clock on a single device i.e. 30,000. All Isys hardware is of the highest quality and reliability as proved by the 500 businesses in the UK and Europe, that clock 200,000 employees in and out every day.
All terminals offer a range of functions:
- Clock In & Out, Start & End Break
- Select Activity / Job or Cost Centre Change
- Enter Job Costing data, validated remotely or on Terminal
- Display Holiday balance, Flexi balance etc.
Each terminal can be linked to your server real-time via an IP network connection or wireless access point, and synchronise to the server clock, or connect via a modem and telephone line for remote buildings, or modem and GSM SIMM card for yet more isolated locations.
The terminal runs in an off-line mode as well to provide resilience in the event of a network outage, or server maintenance etc.
Paymate Time and Attendance Terminal

Nohmad Mobile Terminal
Economic and flexible to install, combined with simple operation, the Nohmad provides a snapshot of where the users are at any given moment using built in GPRS technology.
Nohmad terminals bring together a variety of modern technologies, with options of biometric or i-button clocking combined with GPRS wireless functionality. This GPRS functionality allows the Nohmad to be installed on mobile or remote sites, or sites where an established IT infrastructure is not available.
The terminal not only registers Time and Attendance data which is sent to a central server, but can be tracked remotely to verify the terminals location. This tracking functionality allows the units to even be used on mobile platforms such as vehicles or trailers.
In the event of GPRS network communication error the Nohmad will store the data onboard and send upon re-establishing communication.
