Workbooks with its simple interface enables employees or managers to quickly and accurately record the breakdown of hours for individuals or large numbers of employees including worked hours, overtime, sickness, holiday, absence, activities and cost centres in an excel style application.
In order to make the application simple to deploy and user friendly, companies can set up universal templates with predefined rules for groups of people and then add in individual employee timesheets. When multiplied across groups or teams of people timesheets templates can be assigned to a manager or administrators workbooks.

- Validation checks can be enabled to stop unforced errors by administrators booking to many hours. I.e. the manager accidentally credits 80.00hrs instead of 8.00hrs. The software will force up an error message prompting the administrator to correct the mistake.

- Customisable rounding of time i.e. manger enters 6hrs and 05 minutes, system will automatically round down to 6hrs if desired
