Return to Work Interviews and Trigger Mechanisms
Intelligent HSA can generate and send an automatic return to work document by e-mail to a specific manager using the Intelligent Report Scheduler after an employee returns from an absence.
Also using calculations such as the Bradford factor, triggers can be generated to managers highlighting incidents of unacceptable absence levels. The process is simple quick and efficient. CIPD's 2008 survey states "Return-to-work interviews are rated as the most effective approach to managing short-term absence, followed by trigger mechanisms for reviewing attendance and the use of disciplinary procedures."
