Solo- Small installation, remote training self configured.

Minimal- Small installation, with configuration and training done on site over 2 days

Guided- Medium to Large installation all configuration and set up done for customer, training done on site with users.

Managed- Large installation with Isys providing permanent project manager for duration of project to configure and train on site.
