This is acheived recording working hours by category, calculating seperate balances like flexi-time or multiple over time types, automatically flagging records that require administration, whilst always providing real-time views of this information, both on-screen and via external reports and e-mails.

We cater for an unlimited combination of contractual terms and shift working rules, including:

Flexi-time, Fixed hours (with / without overtime), Annualised hours, Committed hours.

These are then managed by any pattern of working that your business uses, all of which are programmable in the software which we'll initially setup for you, as well as provide detailed training for your ongoing use.
