ISYS GROUP LTD will provide the required hardware and software, along with documentation to allow the customer to install and configure Intelligent Time with only minimal remote support.
Intended for: very small implementations, 1 door or terminal and less than 50 employees, where the customer has some IT expertise available and is willing to carry out all of the required work themselves.
Services provided:
- Documentation covering hardware and software installation
- User guide
- 4 or more 1 hour telephone and remote access sessions with Support to provide assistance with any aspect of the installation, configuration and use of Intelligent Time
Considerations:
- Customer must have a reasonable understanding of installing and setting up software
- Customer must have the ability to physically install the hardware provided
- Support during the implementation is severely limited, so complete responsibility for the success of the implementation resides with the customer
